The fit is true to size and these shoes have a removable insole in the event you want to insert your own orthotic or insoles.. • 100% polyester canvas upper side
• Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) rubber outsole
• Breathable lining
• Padded collar and tongue
• Removable insole  
• Machine wash gentle cycle, w/mild detergent and air dry or spot clean
• Upon arrival there may be a slight 'glue smell' but after a short while this will wear off.
